Acceptable Use Policy

Total Vault is a quiet utility built to keep wedding files safe. This policy describes the small number of things you can't use it for.

In plain English
Don’t upload illegal content, infringing material, malware, or anything that could harm someone. Don’t abuse the storage system. If you do, we’ll close the account.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use Total Vault to store, host, transmit, or share:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. We report it immediately to NCMEC and to law enforcement.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including imagery used to harass an individual.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Content that violates third-party privacy or data-protection laws (for example, uploading someone’s personal data without their consent).
  • Content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware payloads, exploitation kits, or anything else designed to compromise computer systems.
  • Content that depicts or facilitates the sexual exploitation of anyone.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not, in connection with the Service:

  • Attempt to access another organization’s data or any data you weren’t given access to.
  • Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure (DDoS, deliberate quota exhaustion, fork bombs, and so on).
  • Probe for vulnerabilities or bypass security controls. Coordinated security research is welcome — email us first.
  • Use automation to flood the Service with requests, scrape every file, or otherwise behave in ways that materially differ from a normal browser session.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a written agreement.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

3. What we'll do

If we believe you’ve violated this policy, we may, at our discretion:

  • Ask you to remove offending Content.
  • Suspend or close your account, with or without notice depending on severity.
  • Preserve the Content and account records to comply with legal process.
  • Report unlawful Content to the appropriate authorities (we are required to report CSAM).

4. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of Content or conduct on Total Vault that violates this policy, please tell us at patrick@lifestyleaviation.com with as much detail as you can share. We treat abuse reports as priority.
