Accessibility
Total Vault should work for everyone. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it or find another way.
In plain English
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on totalvault.ai and app.totalvault.ai. We test with automated tools and by hand, and we fix what we find.1. What we do
- Everything on the website can be used with a keyboard, and there’s a skip link to the main content.
- Pages use headings and landmarks, and form fields have labels, so screen readers can find their way.
- Errors are announced as they appear.
- Light and dark themes, text that stays readable when you zoom, and less motion if your device asks for it.
2. Known gaps
- Some dialogs in the app don’t yet move keyboard focus the way they should. We’re fixing them.
- Photos and videos you upload may not have descriptions. We generate searchable descriptions, but they aren’t a substitute for alternative text, and they can be wrong.
- The payment form is provided by Stripe, and Google and Apple provide their own sign-in screens. We can’t change those.
- The Mac and iPhone apps are reviewed separately and may not match the website yet.
3. Tell us about a problem
Email support@totalvault.ai with the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We reply within two business days. If something can’t be fixed quickly, we’ll give you the information or finish the task another way.
