Total Weddings has been in the wedding business for years — services, software, and the people behind both. The longer we worked alongside photographers and videographers, the more we noticed the same problem.
Everyone's archive lived on a stack of external drives. The drives died. The backups were inconsistent. Searching for a single moment from a 2019 ceremony meant hours of folder digging. And when a couple came back asking for a reprint three years later, sometimes the answer was a quiet apology.
We built Vaultfor our own community — to replace the closet, to make every shoot findable, and to give a team of shooters and editors one shared archive that doesn't depend on someone remembering to back things up.
