How does billing work?+
Storage is $15 per TB per month on both plans, in whole TB, with a 1 TB minimum. Each month bills the most you stored that month. Pro adds $25/mo. Cancel any time.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?+
Pro adds your team and your brand: 3 people included ($10/mo for each one after), your logo and colors, roles, and priority support. Storage costs the same.
What's in the free 5 GB?+
Backup, search, galleries and guest upload links, up to 5 GB. A real account, not a demo. No card needed.
What would 5 TB cost?+
$75 a month on Solo. $100 on Pro, with 3 people.
Can I export everything at any time?+
Always. Download any file, folder or project as a zip, right from the browser. No lock-in: every file is the original you uploaded.
Are my files safe?+
Files live on Backblaze B2 object storage, kept exactly as you uploaded them, and never overwrite each other. You can see who opened and downloaded what you share.
What can I keep in Total Vault?+
Photos, videos, RAW files, documents, and other files. Keep originals and finished work together, then choose what to share. Preview and content-search support depend on the file type.
