Stop using Drive for professional delivery.

Drive and Dropbox are great for spreadsheets. They're a bad first impression for $5,000 wedding photos. Here's the side-by-side.

Common questions

Things people ask first.

How does billing work?+
Storage is billed monthly at $12 per TB per month up to 50 TB, then $9 per TB per month on each TB above that. We round up to the nearest TB you actually use. You can downgrade or cancel any time — no contract.
What's actually in the free 10 GB?+
Every feature Vault has. AI search, branded galleries, white-label, RAW previews, second-shooter links — all of it, capped only at 10 GB of storage. It's a real account, not a demo.
What is the founding-member rate?+
The first 100 accounts get $10 per TB per month, locked for life — no expiration, no renegotiation. Every feature, same as everyone else. It's our thank-you for showing up early.
How do you compare on price?+
At 5 TB, Vault is $60/mo. Dropbox Professional is $25/mo for 3 TB (you'd need two seats for 5 TB). Google Drive Workspace is $24/mo per seat for 5 TB but with the Drive UI clients see. The point isn't to be the cheapest — it's that Vault is built for delivering creative work, not spreadsheets.
Can I export everything at any time?+
Always. Download any project, any client, or your entire vault as a streaming zip. No lock-in, no proprietary format — every file is the original you uploaded.
Are my files safe?+
Files live on enterprise-grade object storage, are continuously checked, and never overwrite each other. You get a full activity log of who touched what and when.
Does Vault work for videographers and other creatives?+
Yes. Vault was built around wedding photographers, but it works for any creative file archive — videographers, brand photographers, editorial studios, and creative archivists all use it for the same reasons.
